After growing up as a queer and trans non-binary person in Mike Pence's Indiana, Bo fled the midwest and spent their career thus far in London and NYC. Favorite Directing Credits include the Off-West End Premiere of The Dinner Party by Neil Simon (Greenwich Theatre), The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time (City Circle Theatre Company),  ScarecrowLurker and Spector by Don Nigro (Rutgers University BFA/MFA Acting Program) and Konstantin (Dixon Place.) New Play Directing includes I am Pretty Bird by Leigh M Marshall (Iowa New Play Festival 2018), Bell at the Back of Her Throat by Courtney Meaker (Iowa New Play Festival 2019) and Merrily Merrily by Dakota Parobek (UI Second Stage.)

While in London, Bo co-founded the Off-West End ‘‘Offie’’ Award-nominated London Theatre Workshop, created the LTW new works lab (which presented/workshopped JUDY! - West End 2017) and co-produced LTW’s inaugural new work festival. They also Associate Directed the Original London Production of bare: the rock musical for Olivier Award Winner Paul Taylor-Mills (Artistic Director, The Other Palace.) While in NYC, they guest directed for the Rutger University MFA/BFA Acting Program, Associate Produced & Assistant Directed Heartbeat Opera’s first two seasons (2015 & 2016) and assistant directed two world premiere plays with Theatre 167.

Bo Frazier & Mary Colvin’s collaboration HoosierMuse workshopped and presented an original music/theatre piece entitled Konstantin. The eternal battle of Old vs New told through American Standards vs Electronic Rock Fusion. In January 2016, HoosierMuse presented the piece at Dixon Place in NYC which Bo Co-Directed/Co-Created. In summer of 2016, they then did a developmental workshop of The Field or Ta’Borne conceived from an anonymous true story found online about an interracial queer love affair. This workshop explored Arabic/English text, devising and movement featuring Lebanese dance maker Jadd Tank and actor Steven Bono Jr. 

In Spring 2017, Bo Frazier and collaborator/playwright KT Peterson created and produced the inaugural Circle City New Play Fest. Along with The Geeky Press and Storefront Theatre of Indianapolis, they brought POC, Women and LGBTQ writers on the national level to Indy for a new play reading series and happy hour discussions. Playwrights included Deb Yarchun, Reginald Edmund, Merri Biechler and Elise Lockwood. 

As an actor, Bo most notably appeared as John Hinckley in the London Revival of Assassins, Michael in Tick, Tick....BOOM! at Aberystwyth Arts Centre, Martini in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest at The Barn Theatre and the US Regional Premiere of The Producers. Also appeared in readings/workshops with The National Theatre (London), Birmingham Rep Theatre (UK) and Signature Theatre (NYC).
